Fix missing or outdated information
Check connections when an account, conversation, or update is missing.
Start with Settings → Integrations and check the source that should contain the missing information.
Read the connection status
- Reconnection Required: Reconnect the account and complete the permissions steps.
- We’re retrying: Cenara is retrying the connection. Check again later.
- Healthy: Check that the missing record exists in the connected account or workspace.
Check the original record
Open the source tool and confirm that the missing record exists. Check the account or workspace that contains it, and compare that with the account connected to Cenara.
Note the specific record and the update you expected to see. This helps distinguish a missing connection from a record that is absent or outdated in the source itself.
Check email and meeting information
For email or meeting information, also check the participant email addresses. Cenara uses those addresses to connect conversations to accounts; mentioning a company in the subject alone does not establish a match.
Compare the participant addresses with the contacts for the account you are reviewing. If someone used a different address, include that detail when reporting the missing conversation.
Check how recent the page is
On Today, check the “fresh as of” time to see how recent the displayed information is.
Compare that time with the update you expected. If the source changed after the displayed time, mention both times when you contact support.
Contact support with the details
If you contact support, include the affected page, the connected tool, what you expected to see, and when you noticed the problem. Never include passwords or access tokens.
- The affected page and account.
- The connected tool and the missing record or conversation.
- What you expected to see and what appeared instead.
- When you noticed it, including your time zone.
- The connection status and any error message shown.
